With over 35 years’ experience in midwifery, perinatal trauma support, and psychotherapy, Tracy has supported countless families through the challenges of birth injuries, trauma, and bereavement.
She now works as a Birth Trauma Specialist, drawing on her clinical and Human Givens psychotherapy training to help women move from pain to healing. Passionate about improving maternity care, Tracy brings deep compassion, practical expertise, and a wealth of lived experience to her work with families and practitioners.
