1. Course duration

1.1 The standard course duration for the Advanced Perinatal Coaching Skills Certification is sixteen (16) weeks from the date of enrolment.

1.2 All learning activities, practice requirements and assessments must be completed within this sixteen-week period.

2. Assessment and resubmission

2.1 Where assessment or reflective work forms part of the certification, submissions made within the course duration will be reviewed and feedback provided.

2.2 If work does not meet the required standard, the student is permitted one (1) resubmission only, provided it occurs within the active course or extension period.

3. Required standard

3.1 All work must meet the required standard for certification.

3.2 Extensions or deferrals do not guarantee a pass.

4. Extensions

4.1 Extensions beyond the sixteen-week course duration may be offered as paid extensions, subject to approval.

4.2 Extension options are:

• One (1) month – £175
• Three (3) months – £450
• Six (6) months – £750

4.3 Extensions include continued access to course materials and mentoring sessions, where applicable, for the duration of the extension.

5. Deferrals

5.1 A one-time deferral may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of The Infant Feeding Academy.

5.2 Deferrals pause the course but do not restart or extend the total sixteen-week duration.

6. Re-enrolment

6.1 If the certification is not completed within the original course duration plus any approved extension, re-enrolment at a reduced fee may be required.

6.2 Re-enrolment access will be granted for a period equivalent to the original course length.
