Dee Bell RM. IBCLC and Specialist Tongue-tie Practitioner
Dee teaches Perinatal Practitioners about all things Infant Feeding and Tongue-tie, so they can better support their clients to meet their infant feeding goals.
She’s an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Registered Midwife, and Specialist Tongue-tie Practitioner.
‘I founded The Infant Feeding Academy to empower other perinatal practitioners, including Doulas, Midwives, and Health Visitors, with the knowledge they need to support their clients and positively affect health outcomes for generations to come.
My big dream is to create a community of Infant Feeding Coaches who will holistically support their clients to meet their Infant Feeding goals, whatever they may be.’

Sarah Oakley, RN, IBCLC, Specialist Tongue-tie Practitioner and Holistic Sleep Coach
Sarah is a Registered Nurse and Health Visitor as well as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She runs a breastfeeding support and Tongue-tie clinic in Cambridgeshire.
Sarah is a founder member and former chair of the Association on Tongue-tie Practitioners. As well as providing private consultations for families, she also offers training courses and speaks at national and international conferences, and is the author of the book ‘Why Tongue-tie Matters’.
In April 2023 Sarah was awarded the annual ‘Outstanding Contribution to Breastfeeding’ Award by the Lactation Consultants of Great Britain.
Toni Harman, Film Maker and Microbiome Course Creator
Toni began making films about childbirth under the banner ‘One World Birth’ following the birth of her daughter, Willow. Traveling thousands of miles around the world to talk to some of the most inspirational thinkers in the field of childbirth including Ian May Gaskin, Sheila Kitzinger, Michel Odent, Robbie Floyd-Davis, Debra Pascali-Bonaro to name but a few!
In 2014 Toni and her partner released ‘Microbirth’, a film exploring the latest science about why vaginal birth and breastfeeding is so critical for a baby’s lifelong health. She then authored the book ‘Microbirth’ to enable parents access to the latest science in a more understandable style than was available via research papers.
She is now on a mission to produce educational resources to help birth educators and other health professionals understand how to best protect the infant microbiome through educational materials and professional development online courses.

Christian is a seasoned osteopath and naturopath with over 26 years of experience, specializing in the intricate world of infant care.
